A much later book than no.304, and much longer and more ponderous.

The central conceit is quite clever (an apparent murder, which unravels as an assisted suicide) but there is a lot of rather turgid police procedure, a rather lurid sub-plot, and a little too many people chasing around to arrive at the same destination for me.
