Another very short book, a Wallander novella, previously unpublished in the UK.

Poor old Kurt looks at a house to buy but finds a couple of bodies buried in the garden; could only happen to a policeman. They have been in the ground for about 50 years so this is taking us back to wartime Sweden.

A more interesting afterword about Wallander by Mankell than the book itself. He appears to live in Gothenburg, where we are going in a couple of months, although I think he is very ill with cancer.
